Here is the last of the chat.   According to Vikram, they can not

deactivate from there end. I have no idea what cards my crashed computer

used. It was an hp pavallion slimline that I had for many years and am glad

it crashed since I've been wanting a more powerful pc. Read below at the

transcript. Thanks for your attention.

Vikram: May I know what error message you are getting when you try to

activate on your new computer?

Dennis Okrie: I don't have my new computer yet ... I am getting ready to

install next week.

Vikram: Dennis, I am sorry, we don't have the option to deactivate from our

side,  in this case you can activate on your new computer, if you face any

issue in activating please contact us back , we will surely help you in

activating.

Dennis Okrie: ok.. so i may be able to activate on 3rd computer.

Vikram: You can activate on only two computers.

Dennis Okrie: but it's activated on a computer I can not access. It is

activated there as well as this computer I am using. How can I deactivate

on a computer no longer accessable.???

Vikram: Please contact us if you face any issue in activating , we will

help you in activation.

Dennis Okrie: ok thanks and bye for now

Vikram: You are welcome.

Vikram: Is there anything else I can help you with?

Dennis Okrie: not at this time....thanks again
