Christine please be aware our support team can search on both phone numbers and e-mail addresses. If you did not request a search be performed on your phone number then you can contact our support team directly at Contact Customer Care. If both pieces of information have been utilized then you will need to locate the phone number or e-mail address from the account which the software was registered under. If the software was not registered then there is not any method available for us to provide you with your serial number.
