A new error in Photoshop CC 2014 just began appearing today. While trying to apply Filter Gallery effects to tiff files that I've worked with many times before, I'm getting an error message: "This is not a Portable Document File (PDF) document. It cannot be opened. The tiff file opens properly in Photoshop, but the message appears when I try to apply a Filter Gallery filter. If I close the error message window, Filter Gallery opens properly and apples the effect properly, so why is the error message appearing? This isn't even a PDF file. Working on a Mac with Lion 10.7.5., Photoshop CC 2014. Thanks..
