I take that your document is threaded. You can do it by unthreading the page you want to delete, delete it and then threading again the pages. You can do this easily with a plugin from Rorohiko: https://www.rorohiko.com/wordpress/indesign-downloads/textstitch/. Read the instructions carefully.
