Lightroom (Subscription version) used to work OK, now it always asks to activate the trial version [was: hello,]

I'm a CC member and have problems with lightroom.

In the beginning no problems, but now lightroom Always ask to activate the trial version.

I downloaded the last update.

Who knows the solution to work without error.
