The most common problem that happens is that IT may have installed the wrong version of Creative Cloud on your computer. There are two enterprise versions. You might have the version which does not have permission to use the royalty based codecs for the video applications. These need to be specially licensed. Is it possible to contact Tulane's IT department about this issue? They will probably need to be involved in finding a solution.
