Hope someone has experience with this one...
I recently signed up for Creative Cloud and subscribed to Premiere Pro CC latest (v8).
It works fine on one user account on my macbook Pro running Mavericks (10.9.3) and crashes on another user account on the same computer?
Interestingly both user accounts have admin privileges.
I really need to get it operating in the user account that it's crashing.
It appears that the Red Giant plug-in 'Universe' is where it crashes when the opening screen attempts to load. I can't find where this is located to delete it, but I'm wondering whether that's truly the problem considering I can open the software in the other user account no problem.
Appreciate anyone's advice on this
