Canvas rotation runs like a charm in PS CS6 but doesn't work inPS CC?

Hello,

The canvas Rotation tool works normally in CS6. Whe have installed in the same computer the trial version of PS CC and everithing runs OK but this tool.

We are getting the "Open GL message" in PS CC, but it appeared the first time we opened PS C6.

Any Idea?
