You can click "Open with"->"Choose default program...", then click "Browse" button in the dialog box, and select InDesign.exe. Check "Always use the selected program to open this kind of file". Click "OK" to exit. Then you can double click INDD file to open it., I am not sure if you have to log off to make it take effect.
