It looks like adobe included an updated HSB/HSL plugin in the photoshop cc 2014.2.0 update.
So if you still have that Optional Multiplugin.plugin from the cs6 optional downloads installed in the cc 2014 plugins folder, you should remove it so photoshop cc 2014.2.0 sees and uses the new updated HSB/HSL plugin
