Cannot license Illustrator CC after buying subscription

Hi all,

I love Adobe products. They are really cool. This is why I used trial version of Illustrator CC and then decided to buy year subscription for it. However, despite actual products are fine, it appears to me that Creative Cloud team spend lots of their efforts to make Adobe products completely unusable. Here are the list of problems I faced so far:

1) It is impossible to select/change product language during trial. This is terrific limitation. I do not know who decided to do so, but you surely have to fire this person immediately. English-speaking community is the largest in the world. The vast majority of all tutorials and discussions are english-based. And if you know English and want to use all this information for learning the product ... you simply can't. I live in Russia, but why do I have to use russian version?

2) Internet site is full of bugs. E.g. I entered incorrect bank card number during the very first attempt to buy subscription. Then I got an error without any meaningful information. Then I noticed the error, fixed it ... and it still didn't work. Because your side cached incorerct info somewhere and refused to change until I clear cookies. Guys, you are one of the IT-monsters, how it is possible that you have so poor quality management process, that your site simply doesn't work?

3) Okay, finally i payed my subscription. Can I you my expired Illustrator CC now? Naaaah, not with Create Cloud. Initially I installed Illustrator with one account, but bought a subscription with another one. Okay, I changed the account in CC application ... but still cannot use the application because it asks me for a product key. I tried all the things you advise in FAQ. I logged in-out, I re-installed both Illustrator and CC several times, I tried playing with languages, I even tried to get rid of any single reference fof "Adobe" word from my Windows 7 cleaning app-data folders and registry ... nothing. Application doesn't work - it still asks me for a product key.

I don't want to mail-call to your support. I already did that when wanted to change a language during trial - no one answered me.

I want you guys to provide me with step-by-step instruction how to remove this buggy crap named "Creative Cloud" from my computer completely, because I think that completely clean re-install is the only option to make yout brilliant product "Illustrator CC" work. Please help.

Vladimir.
