This is bad. I've tried everything including reloading Lightroom but the clients won't wait. I'm using a printing software called Mirage and it works, everything prints to correct size every time with Mirage and Epson so I presume the problem is Lightroom not Epson. It's not as good as using Lightroom, mainly because any adjustments in the colour etc of the print have to be done in Lightroom, exported, then imported into Mirage for printing, which takes time. There are so many people complaining about this hopefully Adobe or Epson or Adobe and Epson will wake up.
