I have Premiere Elements 13 and am having trouble burning to DVD because when I do, the video image gets cut off. It cuts off a lot more than the area within the Title and Action "safe area". I don't understand because when I export the video to my computer, or upload to Youtube, it looks just fine. However, when I burn to DVD the viewable image is either cut off or the quality is poor.
In Project Settings, my video is HD 1080i, with a frame size of 1920 x 1080. My video is a mix of AVCHD footage & photos from my Sony PJ540, photos from my Nikon DSLR, and photos from an iPhone.
I've tried burning NTSC_Widescreen_Dolby DVD and a significant amount of video image gets cut off (nearly 30% horizontal and and 20% vertical). So I tried burning just NTSC_Dolby DVD - while the video image did not get cut off, the quality was very bad (pixelated). I've played with all the settings on my TV and DVD player, as well as taking the DVD to another TV and DVD player to ensure the issue is not associated with those.
Any resources to learn how to fix this would be welcome. Thanks in advance!
