windous7でLightroom5.6を使用しています。rawデータを編集して書き出すために、’書き出し’をクリックするとそのままLightroomがフリーズしてしまいます。終了ボタンも押せないため、タスクマネージャで終了して、PCの再起動やLightroomの再インストールを試しましたがフリーズは直りませんでした。どうすればよいでしょうか。
